Compass Inc. has initiated legal action against Zillow, Inc., Zillow Group, Inc., and Trulia, LLC, collectively referred to as Zillow, for engaging in anti-competitive practices that violate antitrust laws. As a real estate brokerage firm, Compass lists homes privately prior to making those listings public, while Zillow only provides public listings and does not include homes that have initially been listed privately.
