In a prior post about the witnesses in Epic v. Apple, we examined how business executives typically provide testimony to clarify the workings of their industries and the strategies employed by firms within those sectors. Additionally, these executives often articulate the rationale behind their business strategies. We also outlined the role of expert witnesses, who present their analyses and findings in court while defending against challenges to their work. Generally, the quantity of expert testimonies is considerably lower than that of factual witnesses.
